Unlimited Potential, Inc. was founded in 1992 as a software development company and incorporated in 1995. The initial focus was on a mission critical automated industrial control system for waste water treatment which was purchased by U.S. Filter Corp.

Electronic Realty Associates (ERA) then used Unlimited Potential to create Personal Promotion Express, a powerful online automated marketing materials ordering, managing and printing system for their world-wide team of Real Estate representatives.

Unlimited Potential then developed and successfully marketed WaveFilter, the first available and number one selling plug-in for the 3-D graphic artist rendering tool “LightWave 3D”. WaveFilter was greeted with rave reviews in the industry. In 1999, WaveFilter was purchased by NewTek, Inc. and integrated as a standard feature of their LightWave 3D product.

In 1999 the company acquired, from A.I. Micro, Inc., the rights to the proprietary artificial intelligence technologies that are now the foundation for [Q]Server and My[Q]Box. The current version of [Q]Server only begins to scratch the surface of what this exciting technology offers.

As of 12/31/2006, after more than 10 years of doing business, Unlimited Potential, Inc has closed its doors. This site is now maintained solely by Mike Reed as a reference of his work

PassSafe (November 2003 - Present)
Password security product that replaces the password field in Internet Explorer and encrypts the users password keystroke by keystroke creating a unique password for every site, even if the user enters the same password on every site.

My[Q]Box (January 1999 - Present)
Every product site should have the power of My[Q]Box to answer customer questions and lower the cost of selling on the Internet. The powerful set of tools sits between human resources the the user to answer all the repetitive questions while forwarding the unique questions on. As each question is answered, it it stored for future users.

WaveFilter (November 1995 - June 1998)
Used on Movies like Titanic and Casper plus a wide range of TV shows and commercials, it became the number one selling Lightwave 3D plug-in. WaveFilter was purchased by Newtek, Inc and built directly into the main product. WaveFilter is now free to all LightWave users and is an industry standard with open source code.

Personal Promotion Express (January 1994 - June 1995)
A what you see is what you get (WYSIWYG) catalog of marketing materials for real-estate agents. Business cards, a wide verity of mailers and calendars, each featuring a photo of a home and/or the agent. Custom scanning and storage software combined with a backend process that created press ready documents.

SBR Control System (February 1989 - March 1992)
Jet Tech, Inc. needed to be self reliant and build their own control systems, we created a personal computer based control system that revolutionized the process and gave users the best view and control of a working waste water plant ever. Jet Tech was later purchased by U.S. Filter Corp.
